Here are photoes of Shady & Coco. Coco (chocolate)(top picture) is about 12 to 14 years old and Shady (buff color)(Bottom picture) is 11 years old. They are my foster dogs from the Cocker Spaniel Adoption Center.

These dogs are so very lovely. I don't believe I could ever foster dogs because I get attached far too easily, though it is something I had thought of.
ReplyDeleteI thought you'd want to know about one of the reasons I foster. Shady has many serious issues such as: seperation anxiety, fear biting, being unsecure, unsure, fearful, and many many other problems. I have had to seriously regularly work with him. Each day is constantly making sure that he gets better. Psychologically he has improved, physically he is doing well, and emotionally he is keeping himself together. I truly believe that had he wound up with someone who didn't understand and know how to care for him, he would have been killed for something which isn't his fault.
