Making My First Video
I successfully made my first video which is an amazing accomplishment for me. Because of several challenges, I struggled to make a video for my GoFundMe campaign. Today I discovered after investing hours of searching around YouTube, trying over and over many times to figure out why the video "ask me" to allow access to my built in camera and microphone options wouldn't work, I finally decided to roam through the computer to see if I could find any thing which would help. Even after searching for hours, I still didn't know why the connection permission situation between YouTube and my computer didn't work. Frustrated and disappointed, I gave up for that day and decided to give it a rest for a while.
The next day I went through YouTube to make certain I hadn't missed anything. Then, off into the depths of my computer again. Visiting the same places didn't make things better and so because I needed to rest for a little while, I decided to return to this project later. What was wrong with this situation that I wasn't able to figure out? Following what I thought was a new path, I found myself back at the list of permissions again.
Because I am only able to see about an eighth of the computer screen at a time, I need to scroll constantly. Finally I saw some arrow looking things at the right side of the list.I clicked on the arrow and discovered there are options for denying, something, and allowing. I clicked allow, and was hoping that this would solve the problem.
When I returned to YouTube to try to make a video, I was thrilled to be able to use their features and my computer camera and microphone to practice recording my video for my GoFundMe campaign.Everything worked well. The video didn't turn out the way I expected and so decided to wait until the next day to work on my video project.
The next day I discovered that YouTube was no longer supporting their video feature and so, had to figure out how to do a video in a different way. Finally after hours and days of trial and error, I completed my video project.
